The Salad Bar first opened in 1982 - it's been nineteen years! - and several additions have been made to the menu to celebrate this special date. The quality of Neal's Yard Salad Bar's offers has received recognition further and further afield. American magazine Bon Appétit once requested authorisation to reproduce the recipe of Brazilian cinnamon cake and more recently the popular Let's Go guide recommended the place to its readers.
